Agreement Summary

The coherence Software License Agreement is a binding contract between you (the user) and coherence ApS. It sets out the ground rules for using our tools, our network engine, Unity SDK, online services, and related features (what we call the Licensed Products).

Think of it as the framework for how we work together.

Your Account and Data

• You’ll need a coherence account to get started.

• Any information you provide (like your name, email, or data your game generates) is handled under our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

• You’re responsible for what happens under your account — so keep your login safe.

Using the Products

• We give you a license to use our tools to build your own connected experiences (for example, multiplayer games).

• You must not use them for anything illegal. Don’t upload harmful content, and don’t reverse-engineer or resell our technology.

Fees

• Depending on your usage, you may need a paid license.

• We keep our pricing page up to date and notify you of upcoming changes in advance, so you always know what to expect.

Ownership

• What’s yours is yours: everything you create with coherence belongs to you.

• What’s ours is ours: the underlying coherence technology remains our property.

Liability

• Our Licensed Products are provided ‘as is’. We do our best to keep things stable, but bugs are part of the journey. If you run into trouble, our forums or Discord are the best places to get quick help.

Term

• Either you or coherence can end the agreement with 30 days' notice, giving both sides time to wrap things up fairly.

• If that happens, your right to use coherence ends, and any unpaid fees are still due.

Governing Law

• Since we are based in Denmark, this agreement is governed by Danish law, and any disputes are handled in Danish courts.
